Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy explains what [empresa] ("we," "us") collects when you buy and use The Open Door, why, who helps us, and how to have it deleted. Short version: we collect what we need to give you the program, your private writing stays private, and you can ask us to delete everything.

What we collect

When you buy

  • Your email address and the name on your payment, from Stripe's checkout.
  • What you bought, when, and the amount. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Technical details from the page that sent you to checkout: IP address, browser (user agent), the ad you clicked if any (Meta click identifiers like fbclid/fbc and the fbp cookie), and campaign tags in the link (such as UTM parameters).

When you use the app

  • Your account: email, a securely hashed password (never stored in plain text), your time zone and reminder time.
  • Your progress: which nights you've opened and finished, when you used "Before you ask."
  • The fridge paper (your tally marks) and your notebook entries.
  • Ask Diane messages and replies.
  • Basic security logs (sign-ins, IP address) to protect your account.

We don't ask for your husband's name inside the app, and we don't need it.

Your private writing

Your notebook and your fridge paper are private to your account. We don't read them, sell them, or use them for advertising, and they are never sent to Meta. Your notebook is not sent to the AI chat. Your fridge paper counts and current night are used to give Ask Diane context, so its answers fit where you are.

How we use it

  • To give you access, open each night on your schedule, and keep your progress.
  • To send the emails you need: your access link, receipts, sign-in links and password resets. If they are turned on, we also send short program emails (like the night-seven note); each of those has an unsubscribe link.
  • If you started checkout and didn't finish, we may send up to three reminder emails. They stop if you buy or unsubscribe.
  • To process payments, refunds and the guarantee.
  • To measure our ads (see below).
  • To prevent fraud and keep the service secure.

Who helps us (service providers)

  • Stripe: payments, saved card for one-tap add-ons, refunds.
  • Resend: sending email.
  • Anthropic: the AI model behind Ask Diane. Your chat messages, plus the context described above, are sent to generate replies. We don't use your conversations to advertise to you.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): advertising measurement, see below.
  • Hosting: our servers are in the European Union (Germany), so your data is transferred and stored there.

We don't sell your personal information for money.

Advertising: Meta pixel and Conversions API

Our checkout and app pages use the Meta pixel, and our server uses Meta's Conversions API, to tell Meta when a purchase happens so we can measure which ads work and show them to people likely to find them useful. What's sent is limited to the purchase event (value, currency, an event ID), your email in hashed (scrambled) form, IP address, browser details, and Meta's click and browser identifiers. Nothing you write in the app is ever sent.

Under some U.S. state laws (for example, California's), this kind of ad measurement can count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time by emailing us (see below), and we will stop sending your data to Meta from that point on. You can also limit ad tracking in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings and in your browser.

Cookies

  • od_s: keeps you signed in. Necessary; the app doesn't work without it.
  • Meta cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc): ad measurement, as described above.

We don't use other tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and program data while your account is open, so you can come back to it. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually several years), even after an account is deleted. Ask Diane conversations and your notebook are deleted when you delete your account.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • see a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct it;
  • delete your account and data;
  • stop sending your data to Meta for advertising;
  • unsubscribe from non-essential emails (or use the link in any of them).

To do any of these, email contato@sovyagroup.com.br from the email address on your account. We'll confirm it's you and respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking. Deleting your account ends your access to the program.

Children

The Open Door is for adults. It isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), session cookies are protected from scripts, and payment data stays with Stripe. No system is perfect; if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
